The Invertebrate Zoology collection at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History (SBMNH) houses 2.5 million specimens of several invertebrate taxa from worldwide localities. The collection specializes in phylum Mollusca, from both marine and terrestrial habitats. Roughly 20% of the collection is currently cataloged and available online. Please inquire further about groups that may be of interest, but are not found when searching our collection digitally.
